Key Account Management

Job role:

Key Account Manager (KAM) defines the relationship between the Skilrock and its Clients. The KAM is tasked with identifying the Client requirements, defining and converting them into upsell and cross-sell opportunities through designated sales personnel to specific clients in order to create strong and lasting relationships as well strong business realization. The main objective of the Key Account Manager is to manage a group of important clients (Key Accounts) in order to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these key accounts.
The Key Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with important clients and will work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the achievement of client satisfaction as well as sales targets and is assigned key objectives/metrics relevant to key accounts.
The Key Accounts Manager represents the entire range of company solutions to the assigned consumers. He leads the consumer’s account planning cycle and ensures that the client’s needs and expectations are met by the business.

Role Description

  • End to end Presales Lifecycle Management, primarily through bidding process.
  • Responsible for identifying bidding opportunities involving IT products and services around the world. More specifically in the gaming and fintech sectors.
  • End to end RFI/ RFP/ RFQ response preparation and other sales support like technical presentation, capability document and approach paper.
  • Full ownership for EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP/Tender preparation and bid submission after engagement with all internal and external stakeholders.
